Fire Marshall/Warden Training Course
Train your Key staff from all sections of your organisation
who have been selected for fire warden or other enhanced fire safety
responsibilities
- To reinforce and clarify your company's fire routine
instructions, and the role of the fire warden or other key staff within
that framework
- To ensure key staff know how to respond quickly and safely to an
outbreak of fire, and play an active role in the successful evacuation
of the premises.
- To provide key staff with a clear understanding of the
common causes of fire, including arson, and the housekeeping rules
which can prevent an outbreak of fire in the workplace
- To give key staff sufficient understanding of the fire
safety features of a building to assume responsibility for some aspects
of testing, staff training and record keeping
- To involve key staff in helping the organisation to
meet its legal obligations under the Fire Safety Regulatory
Reform Order 2006,
and any other applicable fire safety legislation
- Experienced and qualified instructor
- Presentation reinforced with PowerPoint
- Carefully selected and relevant videos, featuring fire
safety procedures appropriate to the workplace and the duties of a
fire warden or other key member of staff, and the problems they encounter
- Fire extinguisher training, with the option of using
real fire training equipment
- Speakers presentation notes, summarising
the course content in a full but easily readable format
